Two things really distinguish Prime Wardrobe from the others. All you have to do is put the items you don’t want back in the box, paste the label, and drop your package off at a nearby UPS location. It couldn’t be easier.

Return Prime Wardrobe Items

Return unwanted items in the re-sealable Prime Wardrobe box or bag using the attached, sticky prepaid return label. Prime members have until the end of the trial period to post returns at the UPS delivery point of their choice.

  • During the 7-day trial period, click the order on your orders and select Buy or Return Products. If there is a problem with your item, please contact Customer Service.
  • After the trial period ends, you can make a normal return request in the Online Return Center. Purchased products are still in accordance with Amazon Fashion’s 30-day free return policy.
  • Prime Wardrobe will send you an email to let you know when all your return products have been received. If you would like to keep track of the status of your return package, then visits amazon.com/returns.

Wrapping up

If Amazon Prime Wardrobe doesn’t receive the products you say you’ll return, Amazon will assume you’re keeping them and charge you for the products. Keep in mind that purchases are not eligible for Prime Wardrobe discounts as they are not purchased during the trial period.
