Motorola Razr 5G – The best 5G smartphone

Motorola Razr 5G is a stylish foldable phone that enhances its predecessor from all directions.

Motorola revolutionized the mobile phone industry when it launched Razr in 2004. Almost overnight, the stylish lidded cover became a status symbol, gaining a dedicated following until Apple’s iPhone and a number of other smartphones were released.

Moto briefly brought it back with a series of slab-style Droid Razrs in the early 2010s, before reuniting it with the rightful folding form factor earlier this year. While the new Razr certainly attracted attention, it was met with mixed reviews (including ours) and a healthy dose of skepticism following Samsung’s problems with the Galaxy Fold. Months later, the folding phone trend shows no signs of stopping, and Motorola returned with Razr 5G ($1,399.99).

Can the Razr 5G get the same enthusiasm as the OG model? But the Razr 5G is different from most of the foldable currently there, as it does not try to do double duty as a tablet or laptop replacement. And at a lower price, it fixes almost every problem we had in its predecessor. Although quite expensive at $1,399.99, it costs much less than the other single foldable phone we currently recommend, the $2,000 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2.
